TASTE OF THE RAMS AT SOFI STADIUM

Fia Executive Chef Tim Cardenas stepped into one of Los Angeles’ most meaningful culinary-community events—representing Fia and Fia Steak at the 10th Annual Taste of the Rams at SoFi Stadium. The evening wasn’t just about signature dishes and stellar atmosphere—it was a powerful gathering of chefs, restaurants, and food enthusiasts coming together to fight hunger across LA.

A Showcase of Coastal Italian–Inspired Flavor

Chef Tim brought the unmistakable flavor identity of Fia and Fia Steak to the stage. He embraced our signature blend of Italian coastal cuisine infused with the fresh-vibrant spirit of California. From polished technique to deeply flavorful bites, his offering embodied what it means to dine in the Fia world: elevated, yet warm and approachable.

Guests were treated to a dish that spoke both of craftsmanship and story—reminding that for us, luxury and comfort live side by side.

Purpose Meets Plate: Community in Action

What makes the Taste of the Rams so essential is its heart. This year’s event raised nearly $220,000 in support of the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and its network of more than 600 community partners across L.A. County. (Los Angeles Rams) For Chef Tim and the Fia team, contributing to this effort is deeply aligned with our ethos: great restaurants serve more than food—they serve community.
